We don’t have to stay inside the house and we can use some precautions which are:

  • Between 10 am to 4 pm avoid going out as allergens are at their peak.

  • Wear a mask or face mask while going out to limit pollen as much as you breathe in.

Steroid Nasal Sprays:

This medication is usually a doctor’s first choice for allergy treatment as it reduces swelling nasal passages and prevents and treats runny, stuffy noses, sneezing, and itching. Since steroids are effective for allergies they must be taken regularly, often daily, and even when you aren’t feeling allergic symptoms.


Coming in contact with allergens our body releases histamines which result in sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes.
